The Corvallis City Council meets on the first and third Mondays of the month at 6:00 pm; if the Monday is a holiday, meetings are held the following Tuesday.

- Send written testimony to city.recorder@corvallisoregon.gov or use the online public input form
- Register for oral testimony ahead of time by emailing the City Recorder or sign up for "drop-in" community comments at the meeting.
